New Orleans: A Global City is a one-credit geography course for students pursuing Commonwealth Honors at Bridgewater State University. It is an exploration of the cultural, economic, and environmental geography of a remarkable city.
In the fall semester, the course culminated -- as all of Dr. Hayes-Bohanan's honors courses do -- with participation in the university's renowned Mid-Year Symposium, where hundreds of students from all corners of the university share research projects.
This semester, the Student Arts and Research Symposium will be the equivalent event, and it will be held online. This blog will serve as a gateway to the student presentations for this course.
